- Payment Data: Transaction references (we do not store card details)

- Process and fulfill booking requests
- Connect you with verified booking agents
- Send booking confirmations, updates, and notifications
- Improve our platform and user experience
- Prevent fraud and ensure platform security
3. Data Sharing
We share your data only with:
- Booking Agents: Passenger details necessary to complete your ticket booking
- Service Providers: Firebase (authentication), cloud hosting services
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
We never sell your personal data to third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission
- bcrypt password hashing for agent accounts
- JWT-based session management with device-level restrictions
- Firebase Authentication for user accounts

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking records are retained for a minimum of 2 years for compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support.

7. Cookies & Local Storage
