Payment Data: Transaction references (we do not store card details)

Process and fulfill booking requests
Connect you with verified booking agents
Send booking confirmations, updates, and notifications

Booking Agents: Passenger details necessary to complete your ticket booking
Service Providers: Firebase (authentication), cloud hosting services

bcrypt password hashing for agent accounts
JWT-based session management with device-level restrictions

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking records are retained for a minimum of 2 years for compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support.
