By accessing and using AzentiX ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Services

AzentiX provides a B2B train ticketing platform connecting users with verified booking agents. The platform facilitates booking requests, agent assignment, ticket procurement, and delivery.

  • AzentiX acts as an intermediary between users and booking agents
  • Ticket availability is subject to Indian Railways confirmation
  • Agent commission and platform fees are transparently displayed before booking

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Multi-device session limits are enforced for security.

4. Agent Partners

Agents on the platform are independent operators verified by AzentiX. Agent performance is monitored through ratings, reviews, and success rate metrics. AzentiX reserves the right to suspend agents who do not meet quality standards.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely. Refunds for cancelled or failed bookings are initiated within 24 hours and may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account. Platform fees may be non-refundable depending on the cancellation stage.

6. Limitation of Liability

AzentiX shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes made by Indian Railways. Our liability is limited to the service fees collected by the platform.

7. Modifications

AzentiX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
